Central National Bank Center Policies

 It is our responsibility to keep all guests safe and do everything we can to make sure your time is as enjoyable as possbile.  Please see our list of policies to assure that you have the best time at the event! 

Alcohol

Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into Central National Bank Center. Alcoholic beverages will be sold by Central National Bank Center in-house beverage staff during most events.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is permitted in a designated smoking area outside the southeast doors. Please extinguish all smoking materials 25 feet from the entrance as indicated.

Restricted Items

Aerosol cans
Adhesive Tape
Air horns
Alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs
Animals except certified service dogs
Backpacks or oversized items
Balloons
Beach balls and other inflatables
Belts made of metal or chains or including spikes and/or studs 
Bota bags or wine skins
Bullhorns or noise makers
Cameras or recording devices varies by event
Chains over six inches in length
Confetti
Fireworks, firearms, or other weapons
Glass bottles or aluminum cans
Ice chests, coolers or thermos containers
Laser pointers
Outside food or beverage
Skateboards or roller blades
Sticks or clubs including signs attached to sticks
Stools or folding chairs
Water bottles or mugs
Weapons

Cameras and Recording Devices

As a general rule, cameras and recording devices of any kind are not permitted insideCentral National Bank Center. This is subject to change on an event by event basis. If the show does not permit cameras, the guest will be asked to return that item to his or her vehicle. In the event the show does permit cameras, the general rule of thumb to go by is cameras with a detachable lens will still not be permitted. Central National Bank Center cannot hold any personal property belonging to a guest.

Re-Entry

Once a patron leaves Central National Bank Center during an event, there is no re-entry permitted unless another ticket is purchased with the exception of medical or emergency situations.

Re-selling of Tickets / Scalping

Re-selling of tickets by private parties is prohibited on Central National Bank Center property and for a one block radius around the Center.

Solicitation / Selling of Illegal Merchandise / Bootlegging

Selling of illegal merchandise not sold under the approval of Central National Bank Center management is prohibited on Central National Bank Center property and within a one block radius around Central National Bank Center and is subject to confiscation.

Solicitation of any kind on Central National Bank Center property, including the distribution of promotional materials, without the express content of Central National Bank Center management is strictly prohibited.

Artist Lineup Subject to Change

Events, times, productions and performers are subject to change without notice. 

Guest Conduct

Central National Bank Center strives to provide its guests with a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable atmosphere. Guests interfering with other guests’ ability to enjoy the event including using foul or abusive language or inappropriate gestures may be subject to eviction. Guests appearing to be under the influence of an illegal substance may be evicted from Central National Bank Center and turned over to the authorities.
